We are pleased to announce that we will be starting the planning process for the next iteration of our strategic plan. We believe in the progress we have made under Success by Design and feel that its objectives will provide a strong foundation to continue to build upon.
The heart of a university’s strategic plan is its institutional vision: what the university is working towards as it seeks to fulfill its mission. Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ’s current vision statement is as follows:Â
Reflecting on the tenure of Success By Design, Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ has sought, and in many cases achieved these desired outcomes. We have continued to redefine ourselves in order to provide a more welcoming environment to foster student access and success, and developed many new, exciting partnerships at the local and even international level. Moreover, in recent years Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ has been nationally recognized for its exceptional value and the positive impact on the social mobility of our graduates.
We believe that this vision accurately reflects the current state and future direction of Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¼Ç¼×ÊÁÏ and will serve as a guiding light as we craft our next strategic plan over the course of the coming year.
Thank you to everyone who was able to our attend our Preliminary Listening Sessions this past April. We received valuable insight into our perceived strengths, challenges, and opportunities for the future. The information gathered has served as an excellent starting point for our committee to begin the planning process, and we look forward to gathering additional feedback throughout the coming year.
We are excited to invite you to participate in a series of Strategic Planning Forums designed to shape the future of our campus community. These forums offer an opportunity for you to share your insights, ideas, and vision for our university.
Building on the feedback received during our Preliminary Listening Sessions this past Spring, we have structured our Fall Forums around three primary themes. You are encouraged to attend any and all sessions of interest to you.
If you were unable to attend our Fall Forums or wish to share additional insight, you are welcome to provide your feedback through the below form.
